Last Update: April 29th, 2026
The Gryphon AI API Guides are hosted within the Zendesk Help Center and require users to sign in before access is granted. This ensures that API documentation is only available to approved Gryphon AI customers.
If you have not signed into our help center previously, first-time access may require account validation before the API Guides become visible.
Sign-In Requirements
To access the Gryphon AI API Guides, users must:
- Be an active Gryphon AI customer
- Use a work email address associated with their organization
- Sign in through the Zendesk Help Center login page
Public or anonymous access to the API Guides is not enabled.
First-Time Sign-In Experience
If this is your first time signing in to the Zendesk Help Center, you may experience a validation step.
During first-time sign-in:
- Navigate Sign In in the top right-hand corner
- Click Request Password and enter your work email address
- Submit your request for access
- You will receive an email with instructions to Activate account
Upon activation, the API Guides will be available to you under the Developer Guides section.
First-time validation is expected behavior. Once approved, future logins will not require additional validation.
After Access Is Granted
Once your account has been validated:
- You will have access to the Gryphon AI API Guides
- Your access will persist for future logins
- No additional approval steps will be required unless your email or organization changes
Troubleshooting Access Issues
If you are unable to access the API Guides after signing in, you may encounter one of the following:
- Your account has not yet been approved
- Your email address is not associated with an active Gryphon AI account
- A login or permission error is preventing access
If this occurs, contact Gryphon AI Support and include:
- Your full name
- Company name
- Email address used to sign in
- A brief description of the issue
Support can verify your account and complete the validation process if needed.
