This guide provides instructions for reviewing, sorting, and managing cards within a specific context using the Gryphon ONE Admin portal. 

Overview

Within the Gryphon ONE Admin portal, you can quickly see which cards are associated with a specific context. Whether you want to preview, edit, activate, or deactivate cards, this functionality allows you to manage everything from one location.

Steps to Manage Cards in a Context

1. Log in to the Gryphon ONE Admin portal.
2. Select Context from the left-hand navigation menu.

3. In the middle column, you’ll see the list of available contexts. You can either:
   1. Use the Search bar to find a specific context, or
   2. Scroll through the list to locate the desired context.

4. In the Actions column (far right), you can:
   1. Click the Eye icon to preview a card.
   2. Click the Pencil icon to edit a card.

Sorting Cards Within a Context

To sort cards, click the Arrow icon in any column header to sort that column in ascending or descending order.

Activating or Deactivating Cards in Bulk

To activate or deactivate multiple cards:

1. Select the checkboxes next to the cards you wish to modify.
2. Use the "Mark as Active" or "Mark as Inactive" buttons to change the status of the selected cards.
