Having large lead lists can often make it overwhelming to know who to call. Knowing where to start is only half the battle, but it becomes increasingly more difficult if you don’t know the legality of calling each lead. Luckily, Gryphon AI offers a service to help quickly scrub large lists using Gryphon ONE Certify.
What is Gryphon ONE Certify?
Gryphon ONE Certify is a web-based tool that allows users to upload large lead lists in the form of a CSV to automatically identify numbers that are available to call, helping to strategically plan your day of cold calling.
Who can use Gryphon ONE Certify?
Users will need to be licensed for Gryphon ONE Certify and possess an Administrator account to use Gryphon ONE Certify.
Using Gryphon ONE Certify
Begin by logging in to the Gryphon client portal.
Check out our step-by-step guide to get into your account.
Use the top toolbar and click the Gryphon Certify button to access Gryphon ONE Certify.
Select the option you wish to use for your Gryphon ONE Certify session. Options include Certify (check the Do Not Call status of numbers in the list), add/remove exemptions, add/remove opt-outs, and more.
Note: A full list of Options can be found at the end of this article.
Once you’ve selected the applicable option, click Select a file to select a file from your PC. Please make sure your file is saved as a CSV Comma Delimited and that all phone numbers are 10 digits only (no extensions) and all in one column.
Click Define File once you have selected the correct file.
Set the File Definition and File Type to Comma and Comma Delimited from their respective dropdown menus. Next, click the header of the field for the column containing phone numbers. Finally, click Upload File.
Once your file has been uploaded, you will receive an email telling you that your file has completed processing.
Reviewing the Certification Results
Navigate back to Gryphon Certify and select Certification Report from the Option dropdown menu.
Set the Date Range for the day you uploaded the certification file. Click Run Report to view the report details.
Once the report is run, you will see different columns detailing the Status and results of the Certification job. If the Status is Pending, the certification process is still in progress. Once the Status shows Complete, the volume of phone numbers that were OK, DNC, or otherwise will be updated with the results.
Click the job number in the Job ID column to view a summary of the results. In each column, selecting the resulting number will download a CSV of those records.
Keep in mind
Only records in the selected column will be treated by Gryphon ONE Certify. If you have multiple columns with phone numbers, you will need to condense them into one column consisting only of phone numbers; otherwise, you will have to run the job multiple times.
Only 10-digit phone numbers will be accepted. Adding extensions, country codes, or other characters will cause an error in the process.
