Overview
The Post Call Analysis (PCA) Player in Gryphon ONE Conversation Intelligence enables users to create new Gryphon ONE cards and annotations directly from the transcript. This feature assists managers and team leads in documenting unexpected sales scenarios and highlighting coaching opportunities during post-call reviews.
PCA Layout Overview
When accessing the PCA Player, the screen is divided into three panels:
- Left Panel: Call flags, notes, and flagging options
- Center Panel: Audio or video playback and sentiment analysis

Right Panel: Includes:
- Participants – All individuals on the call
- Transcript – Chat-style layout with speaker ID, transcript, annotations, flags, and Gryphon ONE cards
- Recordings – Full call recordings or snippets
Creating a Gryphon ONE Card in the PCA Player

In the Transcript tab of the right-hand panel, review the conversation in chat-style format.
- Sales rep dialogue appears on the right
- Prospect or customer dialogue appears on the left
- Initials such as “TD” (rep) and “C” (customer) will appear as speaker indicators

- Hover over the plus (+) button next to the sentence where the new card should be added and click Create Card.
- Fill in the required card details, then click Save. The card will be saved as inactive.


- To activate the card, log into Gryphon Admin and assign it to the appropriate context and office(s).
Creating Annotations in the PCA Player
- Hover over the plus (+) button next to the sentence you want to annotate.
- Click Add Annotation.

- Choose the correct annotation type from the drop-down menu (e.g., Key Moment).

- Click Save to apply the annotation to that transcript segment.

- The annotation flag will appear inline.

- To remove it, hover over the flag and click the X.

Audio-Only Call Behavior
For audio-only calls, sentiment flags, annotations, and Gryphon ONE cards appear within the speaker sections of the transcript. No video will be displayed.


Session Authentication
- Each call session is protected by a 30-minute authentication token.
- After 30 minutes, the session will expire and you’ll be prompted to log in again.
- If multiple calls are open in different tabs, each one will require individual re-authentication.
