Purpose
This guide is intended for Salesforce Administrators and Gryphon ONE Administrators responsible for configuration, permissions, compliance enforcement, reporting, and monitoring.
Overview
Gryphon ONE for Salesforce centralizes enforcement of federal, state, local, and internal marketing and collections compliance directly within Salesforce. It enables Salesforce to function as a single source of truth for real-time certification, blocking, auditing, and reporting across phone, SMS, and email channels.
Gryphon ONE for Compliance
Gryphon ONE for Compliance integrates natively with Salesforce to provide real-time automated screening and enforcement of outbound communications.
Objects Supported
Compliance enforcement and certification are available on:
- Contacts
- Leads
- Accounts
- Opportunities
- Tasks
- Custom objects
Certification Configuration
Certification Modes
Organizations may enable one or both of the following:
- Auto Certification: Certification occurs automatically when a Salesforce record loads.
- Manual Certification: Certification is initiated by the user on demand.
These modes can be enabled globally or selectively based on organizational needs.
Compliance Enforcement Capabilities
Gryphon ONE for Compliance enables administrators to ensure that users can:
- Access the most up-to-date Do Not Contact status
- Validate phone numbers, SMS, and email addresses in real time
- View granular certification details and list matches
- Update internal Do Not Contact status where permitted
- Certify records at both the individual record and list view levels
Certification results reflect all configured federal, state, local, and internal rules.
Campaign-Based Certification
Certification behavior may vary by campaign, based on configuration.
Administrators can:
- Apply custom certification rules by campaign
- Report on campaign-level productivity and certification outcomes
- Allow users to see different certification results for the same contact depending on the campaign context
DialView™ Configuration Overview
Gryphon ONE for Salesforce DialView™ provides a centralized workspace for list-based certification and dialing.
Administrators should ensure:
- Salesforce list views are available to DialView
- Certification rules apply consistently across list-based workflows
- Users have appropriate permissions to certify and dial from list views
ZIP Code Certification
ZIP Code Certification enables jurisdiction-based compliance validation using ZIP codes stored in Salesforce records.
This feature supports organizations that require geographic compliance enforcement beyond phone area codes.
Logging, Error Handling, and Monitoring
Gryphon AI Log
If a call task record cannot be saved:
- The user receives an error notification
- The error is logged in the Gryphon Log
To investigate errors, administrators must enable Error Log Level on the General Settings page.
Real-Time Call Monitoring and Intelligence (BETA)
Real-time call guidance and post-call intelligence are available as a BETA feature.
To activate BETA features:
- Customers must work with their Customer Success Manager
- Additional terms and conditions may apply
BETA capabilities include:
- Real-time keyword-triggered guidance
- Live call transcripts
- Call scripts and key questions
- Real-time action items
- Activity stream with call details and recordings
- Component reload notifications if loading fails
Reporting and Auditing
Administrators can:
- Audit certification outcomes and contact attempts
- Report across Salesforce objects and campaigns
- Validate compliance adherence using Salesforce reporting tools
All certification results and call activity are stored directly in Salesforce.
