What is Gryphon ONE Admin?
The Gryphon ONE Admin portal allows users with Admin access to create and manage custom battle cards. These cards are triggered during calls when Gryphon ONE detects specific keywords. Battle cards help users recognize competitors, handle objections, and apply sales methodologies. Each card can be assigned to one or more specific offices or all offices.
How to Log in and View Existing Battle Cards
- Navigate to the Gryphon ONE Admin Portal and log in with your assigned credentials.
- In the left-hand panel, use the Office drop-down menu to filter by a specific office, or leave it set to All Offices to view cards globally.
- Click Questions to view a list of available contexts in the next panel.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to any context to display the questions currently assigned to it.

How to Search for a Question or Keyword
- Use the Search bar at the top of the panel to find a specific question or keyword.
- The results will display all contexts that contain the entered keyword(s).

How to Reorder Questions Within a Context
- Click a question within the context panel to open the list of questions assigned to that context.
- Use the arrow icons to adjust the order in which questions appear.

Click Save to apply your changes.

How to Delete or Add a New Question
- To remove a question, select it and click Delete.

- To create a new question, click New Question to open the question creator panel.

- Use the Context drop-down menu to select whether the new question should be added to all, multiple, or a specific context.

- Enter the question in the text box provided, then click Save.

- A success message will appear once your question has been added.

Important Note
The interface follows a left-to-right flow. As you complete each step, a new panel will open to the right of the previous one. This enables streamlined navigation when creating or editing battle cards.
