Overview
Grouping related dossiers in your Gryphon ONE Library helps streamline navigation and organize reporting views. You can group dossiers by team, purpose, or region to simplify access for frequent use.
Adding Groups to Your Library
- Navigate to the Library tab in Gryphon ONE.
- Click the Multi-Select button in the top right-hand corner.

- Select the dossiers you want to group together.
- Click the Add to Group button at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose to:
- Add the dossiers to an existing group, or
- Create a new group

- If creating a new group:
- Enter a Group Name
- Choose a Color to represent the group in the Library’s table of contents
- Click Save

Your grouped dossiers will now appear together under the designated group label for easy access.
