How the Gryphon ONE Engine Works
The Gryphon ONE Engine analyzes audio recordings and transcripts to evaluate sentiment and identify conversational trends. It converts unstructured voice data into actionable insights using speech analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML).
Key Features of the Engine
- Sentiment Score: Rates the overall sentiment of the call based on both parties’ tone and language.
- Call Recording and Transcript: Allows users to replay the conversation and follow along with the automatically generated transcript.
