New User First Time Login
New users should receive a welcome email from Gryphon AI within 24 hours of profile creation. This email will contain the necessary login information for applicable Gryphon AI access points. For the Gryphon ONE Client Portal, the user will receive a CLIENT ID, USER ID, and PASSWORD.
The login credentials will be used for the Gryphon ONE Client Portal.

Upon first login, the user will be forwarded to the User Preference page, where they will be required to update their current password.
Changing Your Password in User Preferences
For occasions when users choose to change their password unrelated to lost passwords or other password reset activities, they can perform the update using the User Preferences action at the bottom of their Gryphon AI portal screen.
This is also the screen where new users will be taken on their first login to set their permanent password or when their password has been reset for them by an administrator or the Gryphon Customer Care team.
Follow the prompts asking for the Current Password, then enter and confirm the New Password in the applicable fields.
Optionally, before confirming the password change, users may also update their email address. The Current Email Address field shows the email address currently on file. Enter the new email address in the New Email Address field only if the email address on file needs to be updated.
Users can also select the Summary Email types they wish to receive, and the frequency they receive those emails.
Once the new password is entered and the email address is verified, click the Update Preferences action to enter the Gryphon AI Client Portal.
Forgot Password
If a user cannot remember their password, the Forgot Password feature is available on the Gryphon ONE Portal login page. Once clicked, the user will be prompted for their organization’s client ID and their user ID. Upon selecting Submit, an email with reset instructions will be delivered to the email address on file for the user ID provided.
Note: In some cases, users encounter an error when clicking the link sent to their email address. When this occurs, try copying and pasting the URL into a new browser window.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the password reset process.
Keep in mind
