Note
You must have Admin access to use the File Extract feature in the Gryphon
ONE Client portal.
Recommendation: Leave the default filters and select zip file for the output.
Extracting the Do Not Call File
Submit Request
- Log in to the Gryphon ONE client portal
- Using the top utility bar, hover Restrictions, then click Do-Not-Call File Extract
- Enter filter criteria (This is optional. The Defaults will extract the full iDNC list)
- Source Filter - select the office
- Location Filter - by office or area code
- Date Filter - select date range
- Define file settings (This is Optional)
- Click View/Define Settings to define columns and file settings
Tip
The file format is defaulted to Text File. We recommend checking Zip File for a faster download.
- Click Submit Request in the bottom utility bar
- Requests are processed each night. You will receive an email the next morning when the file is ready.
Retrieving the File
- Log in to the Gryphon ONE client portal
- Using the top utility bar, hover Restrictions, then click Download
- Click the file name to download the file.
