Gryphon Network Access allows users to dial into the Gryphon AI Compliance engine from any phone using a client specific toll-free number and a user specific unique PIN. Below are the instructions for using the Gryphon AI 800 Network Access system.
How to Place Calls
- Dial your Network Access Number (NAN)
This is your assigned 800 toll-free number. - Enter your PIN followed by #
You’ll be prompted to enter your personal identification number. - Enter the 10-digit phone number you wish to call, followed by #
- If the number is allowed, the call will be placed.
- If the number is on a Do Not Call (DNC) list, you’ll hear a message indicating the call is blocked.
- Use the # key to end your call
You’ll then be prompted to enter a status code (disposition) to log the outcome. - Enter your status code followed by #
You’ll be prompted to enter the next phone number—no need to hang up. - Only hang up when you’re done making calls
Staying connected allows for faster call handling.
Important Notes
The # key ends calls. If you need to navigate an IVR (e.g., enter an extension), you can:
- Enter the extension or name and wait (silence will act as confirmation), or
- Press 0 to reach an operator
- Whenever possible, use a direct line to avoid IVR navigation
